Beneath visible responses lie unseen beliefs, memories and expectations. Noticing can open space for a different response

Life leaves its marks on us. Sometimes we recognize them in familiar thoughts, strained relationships or responses we cannot quite explain. Coaching offers a space to slow down, become curious about what is happening within, and discover what a different response could look like. You do not need to arrive with everything understood or resolved. We can begin with what is true today and take one meaningful step from there.
A Recovery Coach, NLP Practitioner and music teacher. Across years of coaching and teaching, I have come to value the connection between being understood, feeling safe enough to learn, and finding the courage to try again. My Christian faith is at the heart of my work: I believe we are people to be known and loved, with stories that deserve care. I bring that conviction into a thoughtful, practical coaching space where we can explore your experiences, recognise familiar patterns and discover possibilities for moving forward.

Our conversations begin with your life as it is: the relationships, decisions, thoughts or responses that are asking for attention. Together, we explore what may be shaping them and choose practical steps you can bring into everyday life. There is room to reflect on what helped, what felt difficult and what you discovered when you tried. Coaching is companionship in bringing understanding into practice, at a pace that respects your circumstances.
Sessions are R295 each, and I offer online coaching as well as in person coaching in Silver Lakes, Pretoria East. For me, this work is about more than a financial transaction. It is an investment of attention and care in a person’s life, with the hope that what we discover together becomes useful beyond the conversation. You are welcome to enquire before deciding whether coaching with me feels right for you.
Recovering Wholeness is the wider home of my resources, reflections and practical invitations. At its centre is Jesus Christ, the Living Way. The website offers maps and language to help you understand the inner terrain of your life, while Daily Wayfinder helps you bring those discoveries into small, repeatable practices. You can explore these resources freely, whether or not you choose coaching. They are an invitation to keep noticing, entrusting, stepping and walking—to participate in renewal without turning your life into another performance.
You don’t have to be whole to begin.
You don't have to see the whole road ahead - just take the step in front of you.
What could I notice without shaming myself?
What might I entrust instead of trying to control?
What would one freer step with Jesus look like today?
You don't have to be whole to begin.
You may know what you would like help with, or you may simply sense that something needs attention. You are welcome to tell me a little about what brings you here and ask any questions about coaching. We can explore whether working together would be a helpful next step.
